When data users are going to use data for their studies,

they are advised to contact data originators or
scientists who are lately responsible and are introduced
as "contact person" in PICNIC data inventory.
There are also the cases that an institute or a division is responsible for the data.
If data users make any paper or presentation using data obtained from data originators,
they are requested to express an acknowledgment for their cooperation.
